Dr. Darin Earley is the Director of the LMU Family of Schools and a champion for racial equity and cultural diversity initiatives across LMU as well as the broader Los Angeles community. He has led innovative, equity-based efforts in support of students, teachers, and other educational stakeholders. Among other projects, he is currently working alongside the Los Angeles Unified School District to help the country's second-largest public school district recruit and retain Black male educators.
