The Center for Equity for English Learners enriches and supports the work of schools, school systems, educational/community partners, and policy makers through an assets-based approach. CEEL exists to serve the unique academic, social, and language needs of linguistically and culturally diverse students in California and throughout the nation. CEEL's staff provides consistent, high quality services, programs, resources, and professional development that promote equity and excellence for ELs and advance multilingualism.
