Event Description:
Since its inception in 2015, Loyola Marymount University's iDEAL Institute has committed itself to enhancing educational quality and leadership through the strategic integration of technology, benefiting students universally. Our growing network of educators and affiliated schools stands as a strong testament to our collaborative success.
Building on this foundation, we proudly celebrate the second official year of our BlendED Mini-Conference. Last year, we successfully launched this event, creating a vibrant virtual platform where educators nationwide shared their blended learning strategies and successes. This annual gathering is designed to foster innovation in education by connecting pioneering teachers with their peers to exchange knowledge and experiences.
This year, we are thrilled to extend another warm invitation to our iDEAL community and all educators who are enthusiastic about learning from the best in the field. This event is not only a showcase of the impressive achievements and collective wisdom of our iDEAL educators but also a celebration of their transformative impact on education.
Join us as we continue to celebrate and learn from these exceptional educators, exploring the dynamic capabilities of collective expertise in shaping the future of education.
What to expect in a session?
Each session is scheduled for 25 minutes and will focus on a specific structure or instructional decision a presenter makes to ensure greater success and student mastery with blended learning in their classroom. The session topics will span grade levels and content areas so that attendees can choose a session that best serves their individual needs and interests.

- 4:15-4:45… Session 1
- 4:45-5:15… Session 2
- 5:15-5:45… Session 3
- 5:45-6:00…. Closing w/Raffle, Feedback Form, and Thank You!
This two-hour Zoom event will allow attendees to self-select three sessions to attend that interest them and support their ongoing understanding and growth regarding blended learning. Sessions will be recorded and available for viewing by attendees for two months following the event. This will allow attendees to see more than three sessions if they desire.
