Bilingual Educator Pipeline

The Center for Equity for English Learners (CEEL) at Loyola Marymount University is committed to engaging with diverse stakeholders to strengthen and build a diverse bilingual educator pipeline, from pre-service to in-service, to achieve the goal of biliteracy and bilingualism for all children. Bilingual teachers and leaders need knowledge, skills and abilities that support quality implementation of research-based biliteracy programs for Dual Language and English Learners.
