Thomas Gasper
Thomas Gasper

Thomas Gasper serves as assistant superintendent for high schools for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. After serving in leadership of St. Monica Catholic Schools for over two decades, Thom felt called to share his experience to support administrators from other high schools in building strong communities of faith and academic excellence. He taps into his experience as president to coordinate fundraising, marketing, and board development initiatives for Archdiocesan and parish schools. Previously to enrolling in Loyola Marymount University’s Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership for Social Justice, Thom completed Loyola Marymount University’s SOE programs in teacher credentialing and received a Master of Arts degree in Catholic School Administration. One of his greatest passions is ensuring that Catholic schools are accessible to students of all backgrounds and abilities. With the increased costs of operating quality schools, those that serve diverse populations are especially at risk with declining enrollment and limited funding. Thom is committed to doing his part to ensure that Catholic schools in under-resourced communities continue to change lives for generations to come.
