Alumni are valued members of the LMU SOE Doctoral Program community - a community of leaders for social justice. As members of this community, we hope that the doctoral program will continue to be a home for you as well as a source of inspiration and support as you put leadership for social justice into practice in your day-to-day activities. We also hope that you will continue to be involved in the doctoral program as we prepare the next generation of leaders for social justice.

The Doctoral Center regularly publishes opportunities for alumni to become involved in and give back to the Doctoral Program through the monthly Doctoral Newsletter, Facebook, and Twitter. Alumni are invited to help out with information sessions, new student orientation, admissions and recruiting activities, serving as guest lecturers, and mentoring students. Alumni are encouraged to contact the Doctoral Center to discuss ways to become more involved in the Doctoral Program.
Additionally, please make sure to join the Doctoral Center's new Alumni LinkedIn Group to connect with one another as well as receive updates on Doctoral Center events, job opportunities, and other alumni news.
- SOE Alumni - Events and resources exclusively for graduates of the LMU School of Education.
- LMU Alumni Association - University-wide events and resources for all LMU alumni.
In honor of the program's 10th anniversary in 2014, the Doctoral Alumni Council established the Doctoral Alumni Scholarship as a way for alumni to support scholarship funding for future LMU doctoral students who will advocate for social justice in classrooms, school districts and communities throughout Southern California, across the nation and abroad. Our fundraising goal is $100,000 and we hope to have 100% participation of alumni.
