Blended Learning Principal Certification

The Blended Learning Principal Academy (BLPA), offered by the iDEAL Institute at Loyola Marymount University, is a personalized experience designed specifically for principals whose schools are participating in the Academy of Blended Learning (ABL). Running throughout the school year, BLPA supports school leaders in fostering a sustainable culture of blended learning while enhancing their leadership capacity.

Rooted in the National Standards and Benchmarks for Effective Catholic Elementary and Secondary Schools (NSBECS), this program helps principals establish mission-driven environments that effectively integrate technology into teaching, learning, and school operations. Participants will explore strategies for distributed leadership, financial sustainability, and creating a blended learning culture that meets the needs of all learners.

Through targeted training and coaching cycles, principals will gain the tools to empower teacher leaders, develop onboarding plans for teachers, create financial sustainability plans, and cultivate a blended learning culture that engages the entire school community.
