Overview
The iDEAL Institute is dedicated to enhancing educational outcomes by empowering teachers and leaders through the integration of technology, with a specific focus on the intersection between research-based pedagogy and thoughtful and intentional application.
Our specialized workshops provide educators with the support and time needed to explore AI without feeling overwhelmed, illustrating how AI can streamline diverse teaching tasks to make their roles more efficient and effective. We emphasize the ethical use of AI and encourage ongoing reflection to ensure its benefits are maximized, helping educators navigate its integration into education with clear, practical strategies. Additionally, our training prioritizes a student-centric approach, guiding teachers to implement AI tools that align with students' evolving educational needs and enhance the learning experience, all while fostering collaboration, hands-on engagement, and unity among staff members.

Our workshop series currently consists of 10 workshops, but is evolving as the technologies and field grow. In these workshops, we spotlight AI fundamentals in education, ethical considerations and practices, AI tools, AI for personalization, prompt generation, as well as strategies for promoting critical and creative thinking.
The length of the series is personalized and paced for the schools we partner with.
