The below majors, or programs, are popular options for undergraduates at LMU who are enrolled in our teacher preparation program. Keep in mind that the list is not exhaustive. With close guidance from CUTP and your program advisor, you may major in a field of study not mentioned here and still complete the requirements for a preliminary teaching credential.
In some cases, depending on your program of study, the state of California may require you to take additional exams to earn your teaching credential.
