Stephanie has worked in the LMU School of Education since 2010 and is currently the Assistant Director of Student Success. In this role she serves as the liaison to the Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) regarding policies and credential/authorization requirements and is also a Board of Institutional Review (BIR) member as part of the CTC’s accreditation system. Additionally, Stephanie oversees course scheduling and Bulletin/course updates for the School of Education, among other key functions. Stephanie is the partnership lead for Wonderful College Prep and Seneca Family of Schools and advises candidates from these partnerships along with the CAST Northern California candidates.

Stephanie has a passion for the education of the whole person and believes in the inherent potential and success of each student she works with and serves at LMU in the School of Education. Her hope is that students embrace the words of John F. Kennedy, “Leadership and learning are indispensable to each other.”

Stephanie fell in love with Jesuit education while at Gonzaga University where she received her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations and Communications and then when continued onto Seattle University for her Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Student Development Administration. It is a goal of hers to visit all 27 U.S. Jesuit colleges and universities and has even been known if in the vicinity of a Jesuit institution while on vacation, to take a small detour to visit campus.

Stephanie loves to watch college basketball (her alma mater may have had a small influence on this love), cross-stitching, traveling, watching Shark Tank and true crime shows, and drinking iced coffee no matter what the weather is outside.
