Professional Development for Future Ready Schools

The iDEAL Institute offers a hands-on workshop series designed to help educators integrate AI intentionally and effectively into their teaching practices. This series provides teachers and leaders with the time, support, and practical tools needed to explore AI's potential without feeling overwhelmed. Through clear strategies, participants will learn how AI can streamline tasks, enhance efficiency, and improve student outcomes. With a strong emphasis on ethical implementation and ongoing reflection, this workshop series ensures AI is used responsibly and meaningfully. Rooted in a student-centered approach, these workshops guide educators to implement AI tools that meet students’ evolving needs, promote engagement, and enrich learning experiences, while fostering collaboration and innovation among staff.

This series currently consists of 10 workshops, but is evolving as the technologies and field grow. The amount of workshops for a school or district can be personalized to suit individual needs.
