Welcome, and thank you for your interest in LMU School of Education’s School Psychology Program!

School psychology is an incredibly rewarding career. Our three-year cohort program will equip you with the knowledge and skills to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students and families.

Social justice is at the heart of our work here at LMU. At its core, the work of school psychologists is to serve the needs of the most vulnerable and marginalized students and to break down institutionalized barriers that maintain inequality. We’ll teach you the foundational skills of the profession and help you become the critical thinkers, advocates, and leaders who will transform our educational and social institutions for the better.

The LMU School Psychology Program is state and nationally accredited, and has a strong reputation for preparing practitioners who have a positive impact on the schools and communities where they work. Our graduates serve in public, charter, private, and parochial schools across the state of California and beyond.

We encourage all prospective students to explore our website and see a virtual tour of LMU. You can request more information about our program by filling out this form.
