LMU's Elementary Education Credential Program prepares you to serve as a teacher in a California K-5 public school classroom. Our curriculum leads to a combined California SB2042 Multiple Subjects Preliminary Teaching Credential and an MA degree (in one of three areas).
Our program follows the "traditional" track. You begin by completing all core and methods coursework as well as all CTC required tests. Then you fulfill your student teaching requirement in order to qualify for your Credential. If you are currently employed as a full-time teacher you should review the program requirements for the Intern Practitioner track.
