Congratulations! You are approaching the final steps to receiving your Teaching Credential.

SUBMIT: Credential Request Form

SUBMIT: Official transcripts

FINAL TRANSCRIPTS WITH ALL GRADES POSTED MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE CREDENTIAL OFFICE BEFORE PROCESSING CAN BEGIN.

Transcripts must include completion of the following requirements:

  1. 30 Graduate Semester Units (45 Quarter Units)
  2. Instructional Technology Course (Technology Level 2 Course if your Preliminary Credential is issued after July 1, 2002.  Technology Level 1 or Level 2 courses are both acceptable if your Preliminary Credential is issued before July 1, 2002.)
  3. Health Education Course
  4. Special Education (Mainstreaming) Course
  5. CPR Certification: Adult, Infant, & Child (copy front/back of cert.)
