Mission Statement

Since its inception in 2012, the Education Success Project (TESP) has boldly asked two questions: "What is working in education?" and "How can we share these solutions and adopt them across California schools?" The Education Success Project (TESP) convenes teachers and diverse leaders at university-sponsored events to learn from one another as they work to address the most pressing challenges in schools. TESP recognizes that the best form of professional development supports collaboration, empowering teachers to talk to other teachers.
