The CRLP Playbook: A Facilitator's Guide to Adult Learning is a 3-day training that is offered to teacher/leaders as a toolbox of ideas and strategies to use when presenting a professional development program on behalf of CRLP.
The training includes topics such as: what to do when you encounter challenging conversations, exploring the cycle of emotions and how they come into play when working with teachers, the need to tap into mindfulness, and the importance of discovering our core values and how they may influence a professional development situation.
The Playbook will also cover educators' learning gaps and address how to identify and work with/around them. Finally, embedded in the training is a large reflective component, geared specifically towards teacher/leaders and presenters alike.
