Loyola Marymount University's PLACE Corps is in partnership with the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, Diocese of Orange and Diocese of San Bernardino.
There are over a dozen universities across the country with similar Catholic teacher service programs, unique in their own way, but sharing in the basic pillars of professional development, spirituality, and intentional community. These programs are affiliated through the University Consortium for Catholic Education (UCCE). This consortium seeks to establish and support a growing cadre of colleges and universities as they design and implement graduate teaching service programs. If the PLACE Corps does not meet one's specific needs or interests, the potential applicant may wish to consider applying for one of the other UCCE member programs.
