Edmundo Edward F. Litton, Ed.D. is Chair of SOE's Department of Teaching and Learning and serves as a professor of urban education in the department as well. He received an M.A. in educational technology and an Ed.D. in international and multicultural education at the University of San Francisco, and a master’s degree in teaching English to speakers of other languages (TESOL) from Georgetown University.
